1. Service scope

PT Solar provides general product information, preliminary customer support, quotation intake, and appointment coordination through digital channels, including Facebook Messenger.

2. AI responses

Automated responses are provided for convenience and may contain errors or omissions. They are not final engineering designs, binding quotations, guarantees, or contractual commitments. Final technical, commercial, and installation decisions require confirmation by an authorised member of staff.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, send unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated means to overload the system.

4. Quotations and services

Indicative prices or savings estimates are subject to site survey, load profile, equipment availability, taxes, installation conditions, and written confirmation. A contract exists only when accepted through the company’s authorised process.

5. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue automated features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on an unconfirmed automated response. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
