User Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion
- Email info@pittitus.co.th.
- Use the subject: PT Solar Data Deletion Request.
- Include the name shown in Messenger, the Facebook Page you contacted, and an approximate date of the conversation.
- Do not send passwords, payment-card details, national identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to the correct conversation. After verification, we will delete or anonymise information under our control that is not required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or an active customer contract.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete valid requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law.
Facebook and Meta data
Deleting information from our systems does not automatically delete information retained independently by Meta. You may also use the privacy and account controls provided by Facebook or Meta.
Confirmation
When the request is completed, we will send confirmation to the email address used for the request.
