This Privacy Policy explains how Pittitus Co., Ltd., operating the PT Solar service (“we”, “us”, or “our”), processes information received through our website, Facebook Page, Facebook Messenger, and connected customer-support systems.

2. Information we may receive

Messages and information that you voluntarily send to the PT Solar Facebook Page.
Your Messenger-scoped user identifier and basic profile information made available by Meta for the conversation.
Product interests, electricity usage information, location at province or district level, quotation requirements, appointment requests, and support enquiries that you choose to provide.
Technical records needed to operate and secure the service, such as timestamps, message status, and system logs.
When you register for the website AI Assistant with LINE Login: your LINE user identifier, display name, profile image URL, LINE OA friendship status, and login timestamps.

3. How we use information

To provide automated first-line answers through our AI assistant.
To ask follow-up questions needed for solar-product information, quotations, and installation appointments.
To transfer a conversation to an authorised staff member when the AI cannot answer, when the customer requests a person, or when human review is appropriate.
To maintain service quality, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and protect our systems.
To authenticate members, control access to the AI Assistant, and recognise returning members.

4. AI-assisted customer service

Customers may request a human staff member at any time. Matters involving final pricing, contractual commitments, engineering design, or site-specific installation decisions may require human confirmation.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Meta as the provider of Facebook and Messenger, by hosting and automation providers used to operate the customer-support workflow, and by authorised personnel who need access to respond to the enquiry. These parties are used only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service.

6. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, provide requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, secure the system, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the enquiry and whether it becomes part of a quotation, order, service, or contractual record.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-based system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
